Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within a week of purchasing, barring custom orders which may be shipped up to two months after their order date.

Alchemist's Attic is not responsible for shipping delays. If a package is lost in shipping, please reach out to us at thealchemistsattic@gmail.com and your shipping provider so that the package may be found. If the package can not be found, a refund may be available as outlined on our Refund Policy page.

Any customs duties from importing purchased items into your country are to be paid by the customer.
